The gallery in New York-New York casino in Las Vegas has had a similar game in the rider on the horse, and waved, and slower when the horse was sitting on the chair, not standing in the stirrups. Unfortunately I can not remember the name of the game.

Winner's Circle and is Quarter Mile Run 2, that I remember! I also remember a game called Turf Club and the wooden horse, but I never had to go because they are too expensive and the lines were long!
