I have a Verizon phone and want to upgrade. The Omnia LG want on eBay is $ 9.99, but must sign a 2-year-contract. I am a 2-year contract and will end in December. Can I phone eBay?

You can buy when you get a new number. or, if you wait until your current contract, you can probably for $ 9.99.
I do not think you can buy the phone for only $ 9.99 as of right, without a new line.
